About the course
Each evening will run roughly about 2 hours long. Each session will feature different skills and recipes. Day 1: Apple Streusel Muffins and Chocolate covered apple slices. Day 2: Mac n Cheese and Crispy Coated Vegetables, Chocolate chip cookie dough. Day 3: Baked Chicken Strips with dipping sauces, Seasoned potato wedges and BBQ pasta salad. In every lesson, there will lots of measuring, chopping, mixing, breading, seasoning techniques, etc. And, or course, safety and sanitation will be followed. Camp size is limited to 9 students.
