About the course
The students in class will learn three separate recipes that combine into one final dessert. Students will learn how to make a no-fail creamy filling, the pate choux dough for the cream puffs and a decadent chocolate ganache for the topping. Taste testing will occur in class and leftovers will be taken home. If you have a sweet tooth, this is not a class to miss.
