About the course
This 3 class series will focus more on meal preparation and the skills necessary to accomplish that task. Students will work on food safety, reading recipes, measuring skills, knife skills and kitchen terminology.
Each week will be a new theme: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Class size is limited to 8 students.
Ages: Entering 3rd grade to 8th grade
Monday evenings in July.
