About the course

In this class, you will learn the process to making a good scone dough. We will also discuss making adaptations to the original recipe, so you make again in the future to your own flavor or dietary preferences. We will also make stovetop mixed berry jam that you will take home with you with your scones.
This class is for adults. Class is held at the Batavia Park District.
