About the course
3 nights of cooking camp: Monday, March 27 through Wednesday, March 29. Each day will feature different recipes that will be about Flavor Exploration and Comfort Foods from Scratch. We will make focus on recipes that can be made with ingredients easily found at home that require little adult assistance while learning basic and necessary kitchen skills. Recipes are peanut/ tree nut free, but the facility does use nuts/ nut products in other food items. Ages: Must in 3rd - 7th grades
