We will be flexing some baking skills in the kitchen for 3 evenings. Students will learn how to make cream puffs with pastry cream and chocolate ganache. They will learn about separating eggs and folding in when we make a chocolate mousse cake. Lastly, we will explore a Middle Eastern recipe by making sesame seed twisted cookies.
