About the course

Students in this class will learn the French pastry dough called pate choux. It is a unique way to make pastry dough that comes out light and airy if made correctly. They will also learn how to make a quick filling and chocolate ganache topping. Class is for children 8-14 years old. Register by email: partykitchenllc@gmail.com Space is limited to 10 children.
