In this class students will learn specific knife skills to complete this recipe, using puff pastry, apples and raisins as the main ingredients. Students will also have access to other kitchen tools such as rolling pins and melon ballers. We will make peach smoothies while the Hot Frogs are baking. It will be an action packed class from start to finish.
