About the course
In this class, students will learn essential kitchen skills, such as recipe reading, measuring and knife skills. They will both collaborate and customize their own recipes. On the menu: Breaded Chicken Tenders with homemade Ranch dressing, Waldorf Salad (has nuts), and Herbed Tortillas. Ages 8-13.
